*** The Hand That Feeds You by A.J. Rich

In the vein of  The Girl on the TrainThe Hand That Feeds You features a lonely heroine who slowly unspools the complicated mystery of her fiancé’s death and must do so without getting snared into a horrific plot. There are many layers of lies and deception (and many murders), with a good chance for the reader to figure out what’s really going on before Morgan, the heroine, does, which is always satisfying.

A delightful, if horrific tale.
