* A Path Appears by Nicholas Kristof & Sheryl WuDunn

A Path Appears: Transforming Lives, Creating Opportunity puzzled me. It’s nothing more than a compendium of feel-good stories of charitable works that speak to emotions and not rational decisions. Why do we need a book-length coverage to convince people to donate to charity?

Maybe we do.

Still, not my idea of a satisfying book.
