The goal of Evolution for Everyone is to show that evolution explains everything in the world and it is wonderfully instructive when showing how infanticide can be a rational decision or how sensitive people fared relatively well in concentration camps — and it gets amazingly silly and sillier as the author attempts to explain religion or politics. The author also suffers either from an inflated ego or an Asperger-like blindness that leads him to statements such as “All except for me [in his permissive high school]. I was on my way to become a great scientist.” or “Right away, I had a bird’s eye view of the subject that surpassed most of the experts.” And his wife and daughters are just as super-humanly smart. Give me a break!
Too bad about the tone, the stories are interesting..
